Ceramic Fiber Module |
|
|
CeramSource ceramic fiber modules are an effective solution to high temperature insulation needs in industrial heaters, boilers, incinerators, kilns, and furnaces as well as many other applications. InterSource module is an accordion-folded blanket module that uses either 304SS or 310SS hardware and anchoring systems. InterSource modules are manufactured in two grades of ceramic fiber blanket: HP (high purity) grade and HZ (zirconia) grade. These modules are available in standard thicknesses from 6 inches to 12 inches and in 128 kg/m3 and 160 kg/m3 (8 and 10 pcf) densities.
Typical Applications:
- Different kinds of industrial furnaces.
- Tunnel kilns.
- Incinerators.
- Boilers
- Industrial heaters
- Reformers
